We had a windless evening last night - and you know what that means! Lots of dew on the ground, and the frigates are still chilling in their favorite trees until the wind picks up a bit.
The viz was mediocre on the north side today but we dived 2 of our best dive sites - Meadows and Mixing Bowl. Finally saw an eagle ray!!

can you find the pipehorse?

We have been very lucky lately and have found 1 seahorse and several of its cousins, the pipehorses. Pipehorses look like skinny seahorses and still hold onto the coral with their curly tails. BUT they really camouflage well so they are hard to spot at first.

Although this lobster looks like it might be the next meal for a hungry green moray, the moray was simply hanging out and trying to chat to his spiny friend under a coral ledge!

More Fotos from the Underwater World on Little Cayman

I finally got around to posting some pics that were taken recently on Bloody Bay Wall. It has taken me 3 years to get a shy hamlet willing to stick around for a quick photo, and whaddya know, it is in focus!
It has been windy for over 2 weeks now, but it is supposed to be calm this weekend so that will be a very nice change.
Eric visited from Toronto this week and we cooked, ate, drank, tanned and I even got him diving with a Discover Scuba Diving course! Hope his ear is OK!
